Winter Baked Swordfish

Ingredients

  • Two 8oz swordfish loins

  • One blood orange sliced

  • Olive oil

  • Thyme

  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven 400°. Place swordfish on pan dress with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and squeeze of blood orange. Lay remaining sliced blood orange over the top of swordfish. Baked for 12-15mins or until fish flakes easily with fork.
