Throughout the years their business model has changed a bit. Originally, they were one of the bigger seafood processors on the fish pier supplying seafood all over New England as well as nationwide. In 2008 they downsized substantially from 37 employees down to just eight. Their idea on quality is what makes this business stand out amongst others. We now primarily sell at local farms and farmers markets year round, supplying the highest quality items available. If you do not see a specific item on the truck it was not up to our standards.
