Chip Crusted Cod

Ingredients

• 4 (6-ounce) cod fillets (or other firm white fish)
• 2 tablespoons mayo
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• 1 package of your favorite potato chips, crushed

Instructions

Pre-heat ove 400° or you can use your air fryer. Arrange fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Dip fish in mayonnaise over top of each fillet; sprinkle evenly with salt. Gently press fish in crushed chips evenly on both sides of fish. Cook fish at 400° for 10 mins or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Tips: Use a chipolte mayo for more flavor. Air fry at 375° for about 4mins a side or until fish flakes and chips are crispy!
